Manner of Yoga – Liability Disclaimer
The products marketed by Yoga Store ("the Products") are intended solely for yoga exercising only by experienced practitioners of yoga who know how to use them. Liability for use of the Products is imposed exclusively on the buyer and/or anyone acting on their behalf ("the Customer"), and the Customer will not have any right of claim and/or demand against Manner of Yoga for such use.
Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, the Customer will be exclusively liable for the installation of the Products, and inter alia they will be responsible for consulting with and/or receiving instruction and/or services from a competent and certified professional in the field regarding said installation, maintenance, treatment and preventive actions required to keep the Products in good condition. It is clarified that Manner of Yoga will not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for the installation of the Products, and inter alia will not be obligated to provide any support in connection with said installation, nor will it be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused in connection with the installation of the Products.
